I have now used Capitol VW service center for two consecutive scheduled maintenance calls. I have found the service center to be modern and efficient. They had all my records computerized and detailed in their system, so getting to the essence of my current service status was no problem. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area and the complimentary snacks and coffee also.
